🎯 Requirements

• Mechanical/construction experience (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, or similar trades).
• Strong communication and sales skills with upselling or closing deals.
• Clean driving record, background, and ability to pass drug screen.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and use hand tools.
• Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mindset.
