Games Publishing Producer

📋 Description

• Oversee game publishing from start to finish, including onboarding developers, milestone management, submissions, and store pages.
• Work with QA and Platform Ops to ensure builds meet quality, technical, and compliance requirements, including Crunchyroll Login integrations.
• Launch games, apply content updates, and deploy features across multiple titles and platforms.
• Serve as operational contact for external developers, enforcing milestones per contracts or internal processes.
• Identify risks early and remove roadblocks and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with marketing, brand, platform, and customer experience teams to prepare for releases and ensure lifecycle alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of games industry experience, including mobile, PC, and console platforms.
• 4+ years of publishing and production experience in games.
• Experience managing end-to-end production workflows autonomously.
• Experience balancing publisher needs with production realities, and aligning creative, technical, and business goals.
• You have the urgency to get things started and see them through.
• Experience driving alignment between external development partners and multiple departments through nuanced communications.
• Experience with project management.
• Excel at communication and documentation, and can create clarity and accountability across multiple departmental teams by following up.
• Understand the anime fandom and what makes anime-inspired gaming experiences resonate with audiences.
• Experience providing process efficiencies through optimization.
• Experience with store page optimization on App Store and Google Play.
