🎯 Requirements

3+ years leading engineering teams; 5+ years software dev including architecture.
Fluent across iOS/Android, web, and backend; experience with large data sets.
Experience designing and scaling mobile/web systems.
Delivery-focused with clarity, prioritization, and accountability.
