Game Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead complex scheduling and resource allocation to maximize team output.
• Standardize and scale end-to-end workflows to maximize departmental efficiency and output.
• Provide mentorship and performance management for direct reports.
• Oversee core pre-match operations, aligning risk mitigation with Trading and Optimization teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to execute market expansion and Trading Data Platform initiatives.
• Represent Game Operations on high-priority, company-wide projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of DFS, sports gaming industries, and the mechanics of player projection markets.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills to translate data into actionable operational strategies.
• Ability to analyze several streams of information concurrently and make quick decisions in a time-sensitive environment.
• Will ing to work nights and weekends to support as a leader.
• Education: Bachelor's preferred; 5+ yrs in DFS/sports gaming or trading; 1–2 yrs in mgmt.
