🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in user incentive programs, membership systems, or economic design.
• Strong logical & mathematical skills; inflation modeling; Excel formulas + basic SQL.
• Fintech/compliance acumen; investor protection and regulatory basics.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration with product, risk, and compliance.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin required; additional languages a plus.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end projects (0→1 points system).
