📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee sponsored elements for contests and promotions.
• On-camera presence during arena promotions to showcase prizes.
• Select fans to participate in in-game contests and promotions.
• Educate fans on promotion rules and execution of each contest.
• Set up and break down contest promotions, games, and backstage areas.
• Implement pre-game rehearsals for anthem singers and halftime performances.

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible schedule with days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Professional demeanor; interact with fans and front office staff.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available to work at least 30 Wizards home games.
