- Manage warehouse inventory for security and low-voltage equipment, including receiving, stocking, issuing materials
- Stage and prepare job materials for field technicians ahead of installations and service calls
- Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
- Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls and project sites
- Handle inbound calls regarding service issues, create and submit service tickets, and ensure the customer account is billed
- Use Service Titan to process tickets and coordinate with Service, Operations, and Field teams
π― Requirements
- Must have a valid driverβs license in good standing and the ability to pass a driver record background check
- Inventory management experience in a warehouse environment, preferably handling security or low-voltage equipment
- Customer service experience, including professional phone support
- Scheduling and dispatching experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
