Galaxy- Warehouse Service Associate (Plainview, NY)

📋 Description

• Manage warehouse inventory for security and low-voltage equipment, including receiving, stocking, issuing materials
• Stage and prepare job materials for field technicians ahead of installations and service calls
• Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
• Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls and project sites
• Handle inbound calls regarding service issues, create and submit service tickets, and ensure the customer account is billed
• Use Service Titan to process tickets and coordinate with Service, Operations, and Field teams

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and the ability to pass a driver record background check
• Inventory management experience in a warehouse environment, preferably handling security or low-voltage equipment
• Customer service experience, including professional phone support
• Scheduling and dispatching experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
