Galaxy- Warehouse/Service Associate

📋 Description

• Manage warehouse inventory for security and low-voltage equipment (receiving, stocking, issuing)
• Stage and prepare job materials for field technicians ahead of installations and service calls
• Track inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate records
• Support scheduling and dispatching of technicians to service calls and project sites
• Use service platforms such as Service Titan to process tickets
• Provide customer service support via phone, including responding to inquiries and routing service requests

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing and pass a driver record background check
• Inventory management experience in a warehouse environment, preferably handling security or low-voltage equipment
• Customer service experience, including professional phone support
• Scheduling and dispatching experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
