About The Role

G2 is looking for a for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with a deep understanding of prototyping and bringing complex product ideas to life. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to drive the design of AI-enabled features, turn-based bots, and voice experiences, ensuring every interaction is intuitive, context-aware, and delightful.

In This Role, You Will: 

  •  Design & Innovation:

    • Lead the design of AI-driven and conversational experiences, including voice interfaces and turn-based product interactions.

    • Approach UX holistically, considering user needs across contexts—mobile, desktop, and modal interfaces.

    • Prototype, iterate, and validate product and feature ideas rapidly, using both low and high-fidelity approaches.

    • Advocate for user-centered design, bringing insights from research, testing, and analytics to shape experiences.

    • Improve design processes, establishing scalable and cohesive systems across product portfolios.

  • Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, AI specialists, product managers, and marketers to translate insights into meaningful experiences.

    • Communicate design rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Mentor and guide peers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.

    • Design and Develop new UX patterns related to voice to be added to our Design Pattern Library

    • Research & Testing: Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions.

    • Leverage analytics and quantitative data to drive iterative improvements and validate design hypotheses.

    • Translate findings into actionable design strategies aligned with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  •  7+ years of experience in UX/Product design, ideally with experience in voice design, conversational AI, or bot interactions.

  • Proven ability to design across multiple platforms and contexts (mobile, desktop, modal, voice).

  • Strong prototyping skills; able to rapidly test and iterate concepts.

  • Hands-on experience working with AI-driven workflows or intelligent systems.

  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and end-to-end UX strategy.

  • Experience facilitating and synthesizing user research, usability testing, and analytics into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

  •  Expertise in prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or similar.

  • Experience in designing scalable conversational systems or voice applications.

  • Ability to champion design innovation in fast-paced, evolving product environments.
