Manage and mentor the General Ledger team.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reporting.
Oversee end-to-end AP process with timely invoicing, payments, and 1099 filings.
Prepare and review flux analyses MoM and QoQ.
Coordinate external auditors and GAAP disclosures/footnotes.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years G/L experience with 3+ years in management.
Strong GAAP knowledge, accrual accounting, multi-currency environment.
Excellent organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities.
Effective communication, problem-solving; startup/high-growth experience.
Process automation and system implementation; Netsuite and Rippling Spend preferred.
