About Fyxer
Since launching in May 2024 we’ve grown to $22 million in ARR. We’re building an AI executive assistant that handles emails, scheduling, and follow-up, freeing people in client-facing roles to focus on their customers.

The Role

You will shape Fyxer AI’s reputation across the audiences that influence our trajectory: press, analysts, investors, partners, and top talent. A core part of your role is owning our PR strategy; from story development and media relationships to securing coverage that positions us as a category-defining company.

Alongside leading founder visibility (including our CEO’s weekly vlog), you’ll architect how Fyxer shows up to the market: amplifying fundraising moments, strengthening our employer brand, and driving our presence across the tech and venture ecosystem.

Your north star: grow awareness, credibility, and momentum for the company we’re building and the mission behind it.

Who we’re looking for


We’re looking for someone who combines editorial instincts with sharp creative judgement. You’ll know what makes a story land, how to build relationships with tech & consumer media, and how to create digital content that travels.


You’ll be in your element setting direction for fundraising comms, writing copy that stands out on LinkedIn, and briefing founders ahead of press interviews.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes comms job. You’ll be right at the centre of how we build hype, credibility, and excitement about Fyxer AI; both in public and behind closed doors.

What You'll Do

  • Lead our PR and press strategy: from narrative development to media relations and coverage execution

  • Build and maintain deep relationships with journalists, analysts, and tech ecosystem voices

  • Develop high‑impact storytelling for product moments, fundraising, partnerships, and strategic milestones

  • Grow founder visibility, including managing our CEO’s weekly vlog and social presence

  • Shape Fyxer AI’s reputation with non‑consumer audiences: press, investors, operators, prospective candidates

  • Design and execute our employer brand narrative across content, social, and industry events

  • Brief founders ahead of press interviews, panels, and key investor conversations

  • Create digital content, from scripts to social posts, that travels across platforms

  • Ensure Fyxer shows up strongly at the right industry events and in the right conversations

You might be a fit if you:

  • Have 4 - 8 years of experience in brand marketing, comms, or content in tech

  • Have managed corporate PR campaigns and relationships with journalists or agencies

  • Have built founder or executive profiles through social content & PR

  • Are confident directing and producing content across formats; from video scripts and social copy to press releases and investor updates

  • Have experience building or contributing to employer brand initiatives (e.g. hiring campaigns, culture storytelling, events)

  • Are a sharp dynamic operator; fast-moving, clear-headed, and comfortable working directly with founders and senior leaders

  • Bonus: You’ve led or supported comms around fundraising announcements or M&A activity

  • Candidates who prefer a highly formal comms environment

  • Anyone without hands‑on experience building brands or profiles on LinkedIn

  • Anyone without experience in high‑growth tech
