📋 Description

  • New Business Development: identify, prospect, and win new clients in target market.
  • Solution Selling: address FX risk and netting needs; tailor presentations and proposals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: maintain pipeline, forecast revenue, and track with CRM.
  • Relationship Management: build relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, and Finance Directors.

  • Collaboration & Closing: work with internal teams, negotiate terms, and close deals.

🎯 Requirements

  • B2B sales experience, preferably within financial services.
  • Understanding of FX risk management and netting solutions.
  • Strong lead generation and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs/Treasurers/Finance Directors).
  • German fluency essential; English proficiency required; other European languages a plus.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
