๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 300 corporate FX clients online via the EBO platform.
  • Provide daily operational and trading assistance to clients.
  • Act as an ambassador for our product and service in client interactions.
  • Sydney office based with hybrid work (4 days in, 1 day WFH).
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues and find solutions.
  • Support clients by understanding their FX needs to grow usage.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Strong client servicing mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high workload environment.
  • Comfort with numbers, exchange rates and margins.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and the MS Office suite.
  • Experience handling multiple client inquiries across platforms and teams.
  • Knowledge of FX hedging products is a plus.
