FX Customer Relations

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of up to 300 corporate clients trading online on EBO.
• Provide daily operational and trading support for FX clients.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve client issues quickly.
• Act as ambassador for the product and service at the client level.
• Deliver high-quality client servicing in a fast-paced environment.
• Support revenue growth and ongoing client relationships.

• A passion for client servicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excel skills and comfort with numbers.
• Knowledge of FX hedging products and currency markets.
• Experience in a busy client-facing role and team collaboration.
