📋 Description

• Design and implement risk management strategy with early risk detection, alerts, and incident response.
• Conduct risk assessments on operational and tech risks; identify vulnerabilities.
• Support risk exposure reporting, regulatory reviews, and program updates.
• Develop automations for robust supervision and risk management.
• Develop real-time monitoring to identify adverse market conditions.
• Implement a control testing framework to validate risk mitigation.
• Implement automated alerts for risk breaches, unusual trading, and system issues.
• Leverage analytics to uncover risk trends and inform decisions.
• Build Looker dashboards to visualize key risk metrics for stakeholders.
• Telecommuting permitted.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field plus five years experience.
• Experience includes regulatory requirements to risk controls and procedures.
• Design and execute enterprise/FCM-level risk assessments.
• Build ETL data pipelines and scheduled jobs (Airflow) for risk monitoring.
• Develop real-time monitoring/alerts for breaches, unusual activity, or anomalies.
• Execute control testing programs for risk mitigation.
• Advanced analytics on large datasets using Python to identify trends.
• Utilize BI/visualization platforms (Looker, Superset, Tableau, PowerBI) to build dashboards.
• Background checks required.
