- Experience with 401k retirement plans preferred.
- Account Management experience preferred.
- Proactively and reactively support customers to drive success and loyalty.
- Synthesize and clearly communicate complex subjects verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, Gmail, and Chili Piper.
