  • Own the customer journey with inbound/outbound calls, email, and Zoom.
  • Provide expert, reliable support as the contact for retirement benefits inquiries.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research and communication with accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify churn risk and act to mitigate churn using product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain admin relationships to anticipate needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to unblock friction and align team needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-6 years of customer experience with 1+ years in retirement benefits.
  • Experience with 401k retirement plans preferred.
  • Account Management experience preferred.
  • Proactively and reactively support customers to drive success and loyalty.
  • Synthesize and clearly communicate complex subjects verbally and in writing.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zoom, Google Suite, Gmail, and Chili Piper.
