About The RoleWe’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people, learns quickly, and communicates clearly — even if you don’t come from an IT background.This is ourfirst-line internal support role, and you’ll be the person colleagues come to with everyday technical questions. You won’t be thrown into the deep end: we have runbooks, checklists, and a team to help you grow into the role.If you’re organized, curious, proactive, and comfortable solving small problems step by step — you can succeed here.
Key Responsibilities- Help colleagues with basic app issues, simple macOS questions, login problems, and general “how do I…?” requests (we’ll teach you everything you need).
- Coordinate with People Ops, DevOps, and Finance; escalate more complex questions with clear context.
- Convert solved cases into short articles and checklists in Notion. Keep our internal guides tidy and easy to use.
- Help track laptops and accessories as they’re assigned, moved, or returned.
- Prepare laptops, set up initial accounts, apps, profiles, bookmarks, and update asset records.
- Follow a clear checklist to disable access, update routing, and prepare devices for return.
- Apply simple rules around access levels and documentation (we’ll guide you on every step).
- Language: Native Russian + strong written/spoken English.
- Confident everyday Mac user (or fast learner).
- You follow steps accurately, respect security rules, and keep things organized.
- Communication:Friendly, patient, service-oriented, and clear in writing.
- Growth attitude:You enjoy learning, improving processes, and taking ownership.
- If you already have 1–3 years of IT/help desk experience — great. If not — we’ll help you build those skills.
