🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years software dev; 2+ years as Team Lead/Engineering Manager (5-10 devs).
\n
• Hands-on leader who codes and makes technical decisions.
\n
• Strong people management: hiring, coaching, feedback, conflicts.
\n
• At least 3 years as a Fullstack Developer.
\n
• 5+ years with TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis.
\n
• English at B2+ level.
\n
