Funding/Closing Ops Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own funding process end-to-end: wire disbursements, checks, invoices.
• Collaborate with escrow and title teams to complete funding.
• Initiate/approve wire transfers; cut checks; manage files.
• Support closing workflow for seamless transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service; answer calls and route queries.
• Notarize closing documents and support mobile notary platform.
