Partner with investment teams on quarterly updates and business plan progress
Deliver institutional-quality investor reporting and quarterly deal snapshots
Build and implement next-generation reporting tools leveraging automation and AI
Support investor relations with timely, insightful responses

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in institutional RE portfolio management, reporting, IR
High-agency problem solver capable in ambiguity
AI-native/fluent – eager to leverage tech to drive efficiency
Familiarity with RE partnership accounting and tax reporting
Strong written and verbal communications; translates complexity into clarity
Team-oriented; Dallas-based in-person role
