Interface with external advisors (financial, legal, technical) to ensure outputs.
Run meetings and workstreams independently; set agendas and drive outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

Transaction experience in Renewables/Infrastructure/Energy sectors.
Strong analytical skills and Excel financial modelling.
Valuation knowledge with accounting/tax skills; read financial statements.
Commercial mindset; own investment decisions and impacts.
Understand risks and build mitigation strategies.
Project management and organisational skills for complex workloads.
