- Interpret LPAs and PPMs.
- Review financial statements and footnotes for consistency.
- Waterfall calculations, fees, and carried interest experience.
- Complex entity structures and consolidations experience.
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
