Fund Controller

📋 Description

• Manage JV budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Consolidate property budgets into JV budgets; variance.
• Oversee cash management, capital calls, and liquidity.
• Participate in distribution waterfalls and promote mechanics.
• Review property-level accounting for GAAP and investor compliance.
• Prepare quarterly investor reports with JV metrics (IRR, MOIC).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of accounting experience; 3+ in real estate or private equity JV.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and JV accounting principles.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Kardin, or similar real estate systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
