- Assist quarterly valuations using issuer data from Forge internal platform, EDGAR, PitchBook.
- Support year-end audits: prep docs, confirmations, coordinate auditor requests.
- Develop understanding of SPV structures, fund accounting, and workflows.
- Assist in full lifecycle administration of SPVs: formation, maintenance, liquidity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth fund ops and reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years in operations, finance, accounting, or fund management.
- Strong critical thinking and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; SS&C Geneva a plus.
- Physical: able to operate a computer 8 hours/day.
🎁 Benefits
- Annual salary range: $80,000-$90,000 plus annual bonus (Denver, CO).
