Fully Licensed Therapist- Remote (Okalahoma)

📋 Description

• Provide evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy via telehealth
• Implement FBT, CBT-E, CBT for ARFID, and other evidence-based treatments
• Maintain a caseload of 30-40; 20-26 hours direct care
• Attend initial and ongoing trainings
• Assess and diagnose mental health conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team and outside providers

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in [State].
• Ability to support a caseload of patients of all ages, co-occurring conditions, backgrounds and cultures, and with varying degrees of acuity.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Ability to provide care 2 evenings per week (until 8pm in primary time zone).
• Enthusiastic, strong team player; capable of delivering virtual care.
• Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.

🎁 Benefits

• Earning range: $71,000 to $92,000 annually
• Base pay + 15% annual bonus
