- Design, build, and evaluate experiments to improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities
🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience building customer-facing web applications
- Strong professional experience building backend systems and customer-facing applications with Ruby on Rails
- Working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development practices
- Ability to contribute effectively across the stack while maintaining a backend-first focus
- Strong product sense and ability to evaluate tradeoffs through both customer and business lenses
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve engineering workflows and productivity
