🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of generalist software dev in high-growth startups.
• Bachelor's in CS or related field, or equivalent.
• Backend: Python and Postgres experience.
• Web: React and GraphQL; Next.js exposure preferred.
• Strong product instincts and user-first mindset.
• Ability to mentor others and own projects end-to-end.
