Fullstack Engineer

📋 Description

• Build and maintain product features; improve reliability, performance, and UX.
• Balance speed and quality; make thoughtful trade-offs to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Use data to inform decisions; learn from user behavior and run A/B tests where relevant.
• Work effectively in a team; collaborate with engineers and QA through the cycle.
• Use AI tools thoughtfully to move faster (e.g., drafting code, tests) with reviews.
• Work with autonomy; own problems and ask questions when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on with C#, .NET (MVC, Web API, .NET Core a plus) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with SQL Server or relational databases; understand data flows through an application.
• Growing understanding of scalable systems, APIs, and basic data structures.
• Curiosity and problem-solving; enjoy figuring things out and learning.
• A sense of ownership and willingness to accept feedback.
• Interest in building customer-facing software and thinking about how users use what you build.
