Journeys is a startup product within Fullscript’s larger business, aiming to revolutionize how patients access whole-person healthcare. We’re building a longitudinal health platform that takes patients from a baseline health assessment all the way through to achieving their long-term wellness goals.
Built within the Fullscript ecosystem, Journeys integrates diagnostics, AI-augmented protocol creation, and longitudinal engagement to help practitioners deliver personalized care at scale, while ensuring patients stay supported between visits.
