Full-Time Occupational Therapist- Senior Living Visits

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status: muscle function, endurance, coordination, ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological and motor performance; plan interventions.
• Evaluate home hazards and barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Update care plan; coordinate with nursing in the multidisciplinary team.

🎯 Requirements

• A current MD Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an OT program accredited jointly by AMA and AOTA.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
