Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only)

📋 Description

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for youth (CBT, trauma-informed care)
• Conduct crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically appropriate
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans; monitor progress
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, school personnel, and other care providers
• Coordinate referrals to higher levels of care or community resources

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to youth and family mental health
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
• Remote work readiness and ability to manage schedule in a fully remote role
