🎯 Requirements
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
- Schedule: Remote, full-time; Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM; Weekend availability a plus
