📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services to children with autism.
• Implement ABA strategies developed with a BCBA.
• Document sessions to track progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support learning.
• Complete orientation and BCAT training; obtain BCAT credential.
• Follow crisis protocols, de-escalation, and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children; autism a plus.
• Masters, Bachelor’s, or high school/equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Availability: Weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
