📋 Description

  • Provide ABA-based interventions to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
  • Deliver 1:1 and group sessions in a compassionate, team-based setting.
  • Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement treatment plans.
  • Record data and monitor progress to support goals.
  • Support families with learning strategies and progress updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience working with children (autism a plus).
  • Masters, Bachelor’s, or high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
  • Available for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
