Provide ABA-based interventions to children with neurodevelopmental differences.
Deliver 1:1 and group sessions in a compassionate, team-based setting.
Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to implement treatment plans.
Record data and monitor progress to support goals.
Support families with learning strategies and progress updates.

🎯 Requirements

Experience working with children (autism a plus).
Masters, Bachelor’s, or high school diploma or equivalent.
Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
Available for weekday afternoons/evenings and optional Saturdays.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
