Full-time Behavioral Interventionist

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA services for children.
• Use neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy model.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians on care plans.
• Document session data to track goals and progress.
• Follow Cortica crisis protocols and reporting requirements.
• Complete orientation and BCAT training; support growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months ABA experience
• Experience with children; autism a plus
• Willing to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• EMR systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings; optional Saturdays
• Education: Masters/bachelor’s/high school or equivalent
• BCAT orientation/training completed or in progress
