• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children.
• Implement positive behavior strategies with your BCBA guidance.

• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments.
• Follow Cortica’s crisis protocols and mandated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with children (autism a plus).
• Masters, bachelor’s degree, or high school/equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days.
• Availability for weekday afternoons/evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
