Collaborate with engineers, designers, writers, and support staff to add value.
Own your work from concept to implementation, experimentation, and measurement.
Work directly with customers; entire company participates in support.
We work with TypeScript, Node/Express, React, and Postgres; learn if needed.
Leverage AI tooling to improve workflows and product capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of non-internship full-stack web development with Node.js.
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
Independent and autonomous; you can own your work and lead.
Python proficiency is an advantage.
FFmpeg or video processing libraries proficiency is an advantage.
Experience with Temporal workflow systems is an advantage.
