📋 Description

• Build end-to-end product features with Tax product and design teams.
• Write high-quality, reliable code that’s easy to maintain and scale.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions to drive scalability.
• Lead by example and mentor other engineers.
• Balance technical decisions with user impact and product mindset.
• Own the full lifecycle: design, execution, launch, and post-launch support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack experience with backend focus (Python, Django); frontend capability.
• Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL; familiarity with AWS, React, and Next.js.
• Curiosity for new tech; able to responsibly leverage AI to enhance product.
• Strong ownership to drive projects from design through launch and support.
• Experience with AI/ML languages (Python) and web development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
