- Experience using AI code assistants or modern developer productivity tools.
- Familiarity with LLM-based systems or simple agentic workflows.
- A quality-focused mindset with strong testing, debugging, and maintainable code practices.
- Strong communication and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
