Turn ML-powered recommendations and experiments into impact on key metrics.
Collaborate with data scientists and PMs to translate hypotheses into tests.
Contribute to shared platforms and tools enabling rapid growth experiments.
Debug production issues across the full stack and participate in on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

2-5 years of software engineering experience.
Strong coding skills in any language.
Experience delivering small projects independently and medium projects with guidance.
Strong collaboration across workstreams and teams.
Thrive with autonomy, responsibility, and entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience building production services and backend APIs; bonus for ML/recommender systems.
