Full Stack Engineer, AgentControl

📋 Description

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering the AI Configs product.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other LaunchDarkly teams to improve GenAI workflows.
• Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions, offering input on tradeoffs with senior engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in AI and software development best practices.
• Take ownership of production code, participate in on-call rotations, and improve reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-quality features.
• Hands-on GenAI experience with Agents and/or LLMs via AI APIs (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
• Understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, or deploying AI services.
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience with distributed systems or data ingestion.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to write maintainable code.
