5+ years full stack experience in SaaS/startups.
TypeScript, React Native, Flutter, and Node.js.
Experience with APIs and integrations (payments, financials, CRMs).
Advanced English proficiency.
Startup exposure with multi-hat roles.
Databases, performance optimization, and security.
