Full-Stack Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and deliver feature-level work end-to-end, from implementation to deployment
• Build product features across backend services and client apps
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver member-facing features
• Write clean, reliable, maintainable code across services and client apps
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to design discussions
• Contribute to performance, reliability, and scalability of systems

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building production-grade software with user-facing features
• Experience shipping features end-to-end: implementation, testing, deployment
• Experience building backend services and APIs with service-based architectures
• Experience across web (React) and mobile (React Native) client apps
• Familiarity with scalable systems and performance best practices
• Strong collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers
