π― Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Comfort working in an ATS (Ashby experience is a plus) and managing multiple pipelines
- Clear, professional written communication and strong candidate empathy
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a contract capacity
- Curious mindset with a bias toward action and process improvement
