🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in distribution/warehousing/fulfillment; 1–2 years leading frontline hourly teams.
- Full-time in-office Monday–Friday in Salt Lake City, UT.
- Hiring manager for hourly roles; onboarding, coaching, difficult conversations.
- Own daily operational KPIs (cycle time, accuracy, on-time ship rate).
- Strong analytical instincts; read dashboards and perform root-cause analysis.
- Familiar with NetSuite, RF Smart, Salesforce, or Zendesk.
