🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in a fulfillment center, distribution, or manufacturing with labor planning ownership.
- 1+ year managing hourly associates in a warehouse or DC.
- Hands-on experience building labor plans across pick/pack/replenish in a WMS-driven operation.
- Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling.
- Experience in a WMS (Manhattan/Blue Yonder) including releasing work and waves.
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments; adapts quickly.
