🎯 Requirements
- 3–5+ years supervising warehouse or fulfillment ops.
- Proven on-floor leadership during active shifts with real-time staffing and issue resolution.
- Hands-on fulfillment workflows picking packing shipping inventory.
- Experience with WMS/ERP Manhattan NetSuite to manage workflows and monitor performance.
- Proven track record improving ops metrics units/hour order accuracy on-time.
- Experience building SOPs and training programs for safety and productivity.
