Fulfillment Operations Supervisor - Weekend Shift

📋 Description

• Lead weekend fulfillment ops on the floor Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:30pm.
• Manage staffing, reallocate labor, and address bottlenecks in real time.
• Coach associates on performance, quality, and safety; enforce standards.
• Collaborate with other supervisors for smooth shift handoffs and consistent execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years supervising warehouse/fulfillment ops on active shifts.
• Hands-on with core workflows: picking, packing, shipping, inventory movement.
• Experience using WMS/ERP systems (Manhattan, NetSuite) to manage workflows.
• Track record improving metrics (units/hr, accuracy, on-time).
• Experience building SOPs and training programs for consistency.
• Availability to work Weekend Shift Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:30pm.
