Fulfillment Operations Manager, Day Shift

📋 Description

• Lead 190+ staff across fulfillment, inbound, returns, and kitting.
• On-site day shift: Mon-Thu, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, 4/10 schedule.
• Coach frontline leaders on the floor; real-time issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Inventory, Safety, HR, and shift leadership.
• Own the kitting function and core Babylist kits; inbound/returns focus.
• Use WMS data to monitor performance and drive throughput.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leadership in warehouse/fulfillment ops; 3–5+ years at manager level.
• DTC/e-commerce fulfillment with high-volume unit-pick workflows.
• Lead large hourly workforces (150+) across multiple functions.
• Fast-moving startup/scale-up with evolving processes.
• Lead diverse teams with empathy and consistency.
• WMS experience; HighJump/Koerber preferred.
