- Activate Feature Trial and Promotional accounts timely and accurately.
- Achieve 98%+ accuracy for all processed transactions.

- Drive Fulfillment Ops process improvements and own processes.
- Support month-end close; may require weekend shifts.
🎯 Requirements
- English proficiency required; resume in English.
- University degree in accounting, finance, related field.
- 3+ years in Fulfillment Ops and Sales Support/Operations.
- Proven experience in Order Management.
- Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems.
- Experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Advanced Google Workspace or Microsoft Office skills.
